Dan Lu, P.Eng. M.Eng., is a multi-faceted transportation professional with 15 years of experience specializing in complex traffic operations, transit planning, and infrastructure projects. They have a proven track record in data analytics, traffic engineering, and leading large-scale transportation studies in collaboration with municipalities, transit agencies, and provincial authorities. Currently serving as the Intelligence and Traffic Operations Lead at GFT, Dan’s expertise includes signal optimization, Vision Zero initiatives, and intelligent transportation systems. Dan is pursuing a Master's degree in Transportation Engineering and Planning at the University of Toronto and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
