John Collins, PE, MBA, is an experienced Professional Engineer and Vice President in Northern California. With a robust background in construction management, John has held several significant roles, including Chief Operations Officer at TRC/Vali Cooper & Associates, Inc. and Construction Management Division Manager at Mark Thomas. John’s expertise encompasses Resident Engineering, Inspection, and Office Engineering, complemented by strong business acumen in developing contracts and maximizing revenues. Currently, John serves as Assistant Director in Northern California at GFT, building on a career that began with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
