Jonathan Cosby is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in civil engineering design and management. Currently employed at GFT since October 2025, Jonathan previously held the same title at Koontz Bryant Johnson Williams from May 2023 to October 2025. Prior to that, Jonathan worked with the City of Richmond Department of Public Utilities from February 2010 to May 2023, serving as both Engineer III and Principal Engineer. Jonathan's expertise includes public roadways, utilities, site design, stormwater management, and floodplain modeling, with a record of projects across Virginia, thirteen additional states, and Puerto Rico. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech between 1996 and 2000.
