Mark Shipotofsky

Mark Shipotofsky is the Director of Project Controls at GFT, where they develop project processes and procedures, analyze financial performance, and manage scheduling for design and construction projects. Previously, Mark served as Project Controls Manager at Gannett Fleming, where they established program processes for the Metrolinx Electrification Project and managed planning and scheduling standards for the Transit & Rail division. Mark has also gained significant experience in project controls and scheduling through roles at Jacobs, managing large-scale programs and overseeing back office support operations. Mark holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from SUNY Fredonia.
