Matthew Morris

Matthew Morris is the Vice President and Geotechnical Practice Leader at GFT, Inc. based in Pittsburgh, PA. They hold an M.S. in Engineering Geology from Kent State University and a B.S. in Geology and Earth Science from Clarion University. Licensed as a Professional Geologist since 2005, Matthew brings extensive experience in transportation, water resources, and infrastructure projects across the United States and Canada, with a specialization in rock and soil slope stabilization. They have served in various leadership roles within the Association of Environmental & Engineering Geologists, including Past President, and have been actively involved in multiple professional societies.
