Michael Sears is a civil engineer with expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, bridge scour analyses, and stormwater management. They served as a Senior Associate and Department Manager of Water Resources at Dewberry from 2005 to 2016 and held the position of Associate Vice President at HNTB from 2016 to 2021.
