Rob Hicks has worked in various roles within the civil engineering field. Rob started their career in 1988 at the Massachusetts Highway Department as a Civil Engineer, where they worked until 1992. From 1992 to 2004, they worked for Vollmer Associates as a Civil Engineer. Rob then joined Howard/Stein-Hudson in 2004 as the Director of Civil Engineering, and worked there until 2009. Since 2009, they have been working at TranSystems as a Senior Civil Engineer.
Rob Hicks received a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 1984 to 1988.
