Robert Matthews, PE, ENV SP, is an experienced Vice President currently leading the Northeast Region Transportation team at GFT. They have a demonstrated history in the civil engineering industry, specializing in Traffic Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Highways, Environmental Engineering, and Bridges. Prior to their current role, Matthews served as Vice President and National Highway Practice Leader at Gannett Fleming Inc. They earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University in 1997.
