Robert Victor has a comprehensive background in transportation-related projects, having served in various leadership roles throughout their career. They worked at Jacobs Engineering as a Project Manager/Project Engineer from 1995 to 2005, then held the position of Associate Vice-President at AECOM from 2005 to 2013. After leading the NOVA / DC / MD Transportation Business Group at HDR from 2013 to 2020, Robert became the Senior Vice-President and Mid-Atlantic Operating Unit Manager at Dewberry from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are the Vice President and DelMarVa Transportation Lead at GFT, as well as the Vice-President and Mid-Atlantic Division Manager at AtkinsRéalis. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
