Scott Burch, PE, is currently the Vice President at GFT and serves as the Deputy Director for Geotechnical, Dams, and Hydraulics. Prior to joining GFT in 2025, they held multiple leadership positions at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the Jacksonville District from 2003 to 2008, culminating as Chief of the Cost Engineering Branch. Scott earned a Master of Science in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
