Wu Ying 应武

Wu Ying 应武, PE, AICP, ENV SP, is currently the Texas Planning Group Manager at GFT, where they oversee various planning projects, including state and regional studies. They have previously held significant roles at AECOM, including Deputy Texas Planning Lead and Senior Transportation Engineer, and contributed as the GYP Communications Committee Lead. Wu Ying's educational background includes multiple master's degrees in Transportation Planning and Management, Chemistry, and Civil, Environmental, & Construction Engineering from Texas Southern University, University of California, Merced, and Texas Tech University. They have also served as a Transportation Planner at the City of Houston and participated in various committees with professional organizations.
