Jael Tan

Jael Tan currently serves as the Head of Government & International Relations at GFTN since January 2022 and has held a role in Content and Partnerships at the Singapore FinTech Festival since July 2018. Previously, from July 2018 to December 2021, Jael was a Manager in the FinTech & Innovation Group at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, focusing on building Singapore's FinTech ecosystem and fostering international relations, particularly with African countries. Early career experiences include positions as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive at RICE Communications, where Jael managed communications for clients in the enterprise technology sector, as well as an Associate at Curated Events Pte Ltd, involved in event planning. Jael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Birmingham, earned between January 2011 and January 2013.
