G&G Interiors began in 1972 with a simple idea: bring the beauty of plants into everyday spaces. Founded by Gay Hendrix and named for herself and her daughter Gayla, the company started with small home gatherings where neighbors learned how to care for plants. Before long, local businesses were asking for her help, and G&G took root in Portland's commercial scene. Gay Hendrix hired friends, many of them other mothers, who together built a company known for keeping interiors vibrant and welcoming.

Today, Gay Hendrix enjoys retirement while her daughter, Gayla, proudly carries on the legacy as the second-generation owner. The team that blends professional expertise with the warmth and dedication of a close-knit family.

For more than 52 years, G&G Interiors has transformed offices, hotels, apartment lobbies, retail locations, showrooms, stadiums, and restaurants with carefully curated foliage. Whether it's a single office planter or a large-scale corporate environment, we bring deep plant knowledge, design expertise, and proven industry experience to every project, always with the same personalized care that defines us.

Proudly woman-owned, locally operated, and family-driven, G&G Interiors is built on longevity, trust, and heart. Our clients are treated like family, our team atmosphere makes the work joyful, and our plants do more than fill a space, they transform it. That's why, for more than five decades, businesses across Portland have trusted us to keep their spaces vibrant, welcoming, and full of life.
