GG Selection is a boutique executive search and recruitment firm supporting organisations across the UAE and internationally.

We partner with government and semi-government entities, multinational organisations, and high-growth businesses on mid-to-senior level hiring mandates.

Our focus is on roles where the brief is often evolving, the talent pool is limited, and the impact of the hire is significant.

We specialise in:

Strategy and transformation
Corporate functions (HR, finance, communications)
Leadership and critical hires

Our approach is research-led and highly targeted, combining market mapping, headhunting, and access to passive talent.

We operate as a trusted partner rather than a volume recruiter, working closely with clients to define, shape, and deliver against complex hiring requirements.

The majority of our work is delivered through long-term relationships and referrals.
