Jan Quist is an experienced interim manager and founder of Quist-CX, specializing in customer experience and journey management. From 2022 to 2023, Quist served as Interim Manager KlantContactManagement at the Ministerie van Defensie, where they established a new service department to enhance client services across multiple locations.
