GGF AFRICA was established in 2008 and is registered in Botswana and South Africa as Genesis Global Finance (Proprietary) Limited, and in Zimbabwe as Genesis Global Finance (Private) Limited. 

GGF AFRICA is a member of the Botswana International Financial Services Centre. 

We provide specialist financial & transaction advisory, as well as  management consultancy services to clients from a broad spectrum of sectors and industries,  with a particular interest in sustainable finance, ESG and impact investment.

Our clients include NGOs and nonprofit organisations; public sector enterprises and local authorities; and private sector corporates including SMMEs. We serve these clients in Sub-Saharan Africa, particularly the SADC region.
