The Company's subsidiaries are including PT Laminatech Kreasi Sarana, which manufactures laminated panels and standard laminated furniture and is the sole distributor of HPL Wilsonart and Arborite USA brands in Indonesia, and PT Vivere Multi Kreasi, which markets home and office furniture under the brand name VIVERE. Headquartered in Jakarta, it also operates a factory in Bekasi and Tanggerang.
