Aaron MacDonald

Aaron MacDonald is an experienced HSE Advisor at GHD, responsible for supporting Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) compliance for the WA Operating Centre since July 2018. Prior experience includes working as an OHS Consultant at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where tailored OHS/WHS solutions were provided to various industries, and earlier roles included HSE student positions at Monadelphous, where a behavioral-based safety framework was developed, and the creation of health and safety management plans. Aaron's foundational work experience spans roles in sports training, warehouse operations, and as a casual order picker. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Health, Safety and Environment from Curtin University and a Certificate IV in Sports Development.
