Abdullah Khalis

Abdullah Khalis is a strategic growth leader with over 10 years of experience in public policy, stakeholder engagement, and ESG in the MENA region. They are currently serving as a Strategic Growth Leader for Policy, Strategy, and Transformation Solutions at GHD, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Abdullah worked at PwC Middle East as a Senior Consultant, and prior to that, they were a Senior Advisor in Public Policy and Government Transformation at GHD. Their early career includes roles as a Junior Project Analyst at Al-Baldawi Group and an Economic Policy Analyst focused on energy at the Regional Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency.
