Alison Cunningham is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in infrastructure development and investment. Currently serving as the Executive Advisor for Infrastructure Development and Investment at GHD since July 2023, Alison has previously held key positions including Chief Operating Officer at SGCH and Executive Director at Fire and Rescue NSW. Notably, during a tenure at Transport for NSW from June 2014 to June 2020, Alison led a team of over 850 staff to enhance road safety and executed innovative licensing solutions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Alison's earlier roles include various directorships at Transport for NSW and RailCorp, as well as managerial positions at Housing NSW and the AIDS Council of NSW. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in Politics and Economics from Newcastle University and a Graduate Diploma in Japanese Language and Politics from Fukuoka University in Japan.
