Amanda Gilfoyle is a GHD Principal and Technical Director in the Water sector, currently leading a team of approximately 40 professionals specializing in water resources, flooding, stormwater, and environmental management. Amanda began their career as an Environmental Professional at Mott MacDonald before taking on roles in GHD, including Acting Business Group Leader for Dams and Tunnels and Team Leader for Flood Hydrology & Hydraulics. They have pursued advanced education, earning a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors from James Cook University, a Master’s in Environmental Engineering Management from the University of Technology, Sydney, and are currently completing a Master of Business Administration at Melbourne Business School.
