Andrew Roy

Andrew Roy is an Executive Advisor who leads GHD Advisory's ESG and Decarbonisation Practice across Australia and New Zealand. With extensive experience in the environmental sector, Andrew served as an Environment Protection Officer at the Environment Protection Authority Victoria and later worked as an Environmental Advisor for IDESAC. They were also an Environmental Consultant with Fundación Solar, focusing on carbon sequestration projects in Central America. Andrew held various leadership roles at GHD, including Operations Manager for New Zealand and Principal Environmental Scientist for the Natural Resources and Heritage Group. They earned a Master's degree in Environmental Science from Monash University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.
