Andy Duncan

Andy Duncan serves as the Market Leader for Transport in Victoria at GHD since March 2022, focusing on complex infrastructure challenges. Prior to this role, Andy held various senior positions at ACCIONA Construcción and Lendlease, managing major infrastructure bids and overseeing governance and project management within the Southern Region of Australia and New Zealand. Experience includes managing the Water Resources Alliance program and risk strategies for significant capital works at Melbourne Water. Andy's career began at Arup, specializing in civil and structural design, particularly for bridges, after earning a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Dundee.
