Brian Luffman

Brian Luffman has extensive experience in project management and engineering, particularly in environmental and civil engineering sectors. Brian worked as a Senior Project Manager at Conestoga-Rovers & Associates from May 2007 to December 2011, overseeing environmental site assessments and remediation projects across various property types in Newfoundland and Labrador. Following this role, Brian continued with GHD, managing similar projects and catering to a diverse client base, including government entities and commercial developers. Prior to that, Brian held positions such as Project Manager at Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation and Field Engineer at DOWELL SCHLUMBERGER, where responsibilities included managing social housing renovations and well cementing operations, respectively. Brian's educational background includes a degree in Civil Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a summer immersion program in French at Université Sainte-Anne.
