Bridget Hickman has accumulated significant experience in administrative and stakeholder engagement roles since beginning her career. Early positions include serving as a Personal Assistant at Landcare Research from June 2009 to March 2011, followed by an Executive Assistant role to the General Manager of Research at NIWA until April 2012. Bridget then worked as an Executive Assistant to the Head of School in Engineering & Advanced Technology at Massey University until March 2016.
