Charlotte S. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as People Lead for Major Projects and previously as People Business Partner at GHD since December 2018. Prior to GHD, Charlotte worked as a Business Partner in the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman from October 2016 to December 2018, and held positions at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning as both Program Support Officer and HR Consultant between May 2015 and October 2016. Charlotte's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resources Management and a Graduate Certificate in Commerce, Accounting, both from the University of Sydney, in addition to completing a three-year apprenticeship in Germany, earning a degree as an Assistant Tax Accountant in Accounting.
