Colleen Baker is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in dam and tunnel projects. Currently serving as the Deputy Chair at ANCOLD (The Australian National Committee on Large Dams Inc.) since December 2021 and as a Technical Director at GHD and Manager for Dams and Tunnels in Victoria since May 2016, Colleen Baker has demonstrated leadership and expertise in the field.
