Craig Nelson

Craig Nelson is an experienced leader in the construction and mining sectors, currently serving as the US construction/operations leader at GHD since September 2022, where responsibilities include managing current operations and expanding business opportunities across the US. Previously held roles include Sr. Business Development Manager at Thiess, overseeing the establishment of the North American office, and Sr. Project Director at Anderson Environmental Contracting, focusing on environmental remediation and regulatory management. Craig has also served as General Manager/VP of Endomines Idaho, leading development in junior exploration mining, and held various leadership positions at Bekaert Maccaferri, McMillen-Jacobs, URS Corporation, Georgia-Pacific, and ASARCO. Craig holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
