Dale Charters

Dale Charters is an experienced professional in project management and industrial design-build, currently serving as an Associate and Senior Project Manager at GHD since 2007. Previously, Dale held the position of Construction Project Manager at Medxcel Facilities Management from April 2018 to April 2024, and served as Project Director at URS, formerly Washington Group International, from 1985 to 2007. Dale earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University between 1978 and 1983.
