Danielle Huffman

Danielle Huffman is currently the People Leader for the Americas at GHD, where they are dedicated to enhancing the employee experience and fostering global collaboration. With extensive background in strategic Human Resources, they have led initiatives in Global Mergers & Acquisitions, Change Leadership, and Talent Management. Previously, Danielle worked at WSP USA as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing HR strategies for 5,000 employees and managing global integration projects. Danielle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and Finance from Shippensburg University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College.
