Danny Cheung

Danny Cheung is a Civil Structural Engineer with extensive experience in both engineering and management roles. Currently serving as a Civil Structural Engineer at GHD since February 2022, Danny is also the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Newford QSR Group, where notable achievements include successfully launching Cinnabon locations in Queensland and expanding into Victoria amidst pandemic challenges. Previous roles include Design Manager at KBR, Inc. and Project Manager at Arcadis, where Danny led various infrastructure projects, notably the replacement of timber bridges and the design of significant roadway upgrades. With a solid engineering foundation stemming from a degree from Queensland University of Technology, Danny has effectively contributed to multiple large-scale projects over a career that began in 2008.
