David Bones

David Bones serves as the Business Group Leader for Power Advisory at GHD since July 2014, overseeing advisory services focused on the power sector. With extensive experience in various leadership roles within GHD, including Business Group Leader for Regulation and Assurance and Executive Manager for Risk, Assurance, and Regulation, David leads teams that provide a broad range of services including regulatory reviews, network planning studies, and risk management. Prior to joining GHD, David held significant positions at Western Power and NEMMCO, culminating in a role as GM Planning. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Power Systems from The University of Queensland.
