Previously, they worked as a Wastewater Process Engineer at Brisbane Water from 1991 to 2005, leading multi-disciplinary teams on significant projects involving nutrient removal and biosolids treatment. David's expertise also encompasses research and the implementation of innovative technologies, with a focus on effective design and optimization of treatment processes. They hold a Master of Engineering Science and a Bachelor of Engineering, and were awarded a Churchill Fellowship in 2000.
