Dora Avanidou is the Technical Director and Hydrogeology Service Line Leader for APAC at GHD, where they focus on advancing hydrogeological projects. Previously, they served as a Senior Hydrologist and Hydrogeologist at Beca from 2013 to 2019, and as a Hydraulics Engineer at Egnatia Odos S.A. from 2004 to 2013. Dora holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Groundwater Hydrology and a Master of Science (MSc) in Hydrogeology from the University of South Carolina-Columbia, as well as a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Aristoteleion Panepistimion Thessalonikis.
