Douglas Rollman

Douglas Rollman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and marketing within the engineering sector. Currently serving as Principal and Federal Business Development Leader at GHD since May 2013, Douglas oversees business development efforts throughout the Southeastern United States. Previously, in the role of Associate Principal at GHD, responsibilities included developing the Property & Buildings practice and supporting the Fire Protection and Technology practices. Prior to GHD, Douglas held the position of Vice President and Partner at The Protection Engineering Group, where business development and operational support were key functions. Douglas’s career also includes serving as Corporate Director of Business Development at Gage-Babcock & Associates. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing from The George Washington University and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
