Ellen Donaldson

Ellen Donaldson is an experienced advisor at GHD since August 2022, specializing in infrastructure investment and economics with a focus on transport and social infrastructure. Key competencies include business case development, Multi Criteria Analysis (MCA) facilitation, economic analysis, and social impact assessments. Prior experience includes roles as a Summer Research Assistant at Christchurch City Council and several positions at Ashburton District Council, including Strategy and Policy Summer Student and Open Spaces Summer Student, where extensive surveying contributed to applications for funding. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Canterbury, as well as NCEA Levels 1-3 from Craighead Diocesan School.
