Frances (Okoye) Amoye is an accomplished civil and environmental engineer with a strong background in research and teaching. Frances has held various positions, including Research Assistant at Ryerson University and the University of Waterloo, Project Assistant for the City of North Bay, and Engineering Co-op Student for the City of Edmonton, demonstrating expertise in environmental engineering, water treatment processes, and project management. Currently, Frances is serving as a Wastewater Process Engineer at GHD and a Lecturer at Toronto Metropolitan University, teaching Geology for Engineers to civil engineering students. Frances holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Civil Engineering and a Master’s of Applied Science (M.A.Sc.) from Ryerson University, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Environmental Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
