Iman Ziari is a Power System Engineer with broad experience in the LV/MV distribution, transmission, operation, and generation sectors. Currently serving as the Technical Director for Power Systems at GHD since 2022, Iman leads a power systems modeling team focused on the connection of new generators and loads. Previously, as a Senior Planning Engineer and Senior Operations Engineer at Western Power from 2018 to 2022, Iman was responsible for long-term transmission network strategies and operational planning. Prior to that, Iman worked as a Research Fellow at the Queensland University of Technology from 2011 to 2012, contributing to projects aimed at optimizing distribution networks.
