Jeff Foley

Jeff Foley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at GHD since January 2001, where positions have included Operations Manager for the West Coast, Senior Project Manager, and Water Business Group Manager, overseeing financial performance, business development, and risk management for water infrastructure services in Western Australia. Jeff has led multi-disciplinary teams to develop tailored water management solutions and has held various engineering roles, including Senior Process Engineer. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Life Cycle Assessment of Wastewater Treatment Systems and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Liberal Arts and Sciences and Chemical Engineering from The University of Queensland. Additionally, an adjunct professor role was held at The University of Western Australia from July 2012 to July 2015.
