Jo Metcalfe

Jo Metcalfe is the Managing Director of the GHD Foundation and serves as Deputy Chair, where they advance equitable access to STEAM education and community resilience. They have previously held roles such as Global Strategy Development Leader at GHD and member of the Office of the Professional Standards Councils. With an MBA from La Trobe University and an Advanced Management Program qualification from the University of Melbourne, Jo has developed expertise in strategic leadership and philanthropic governance throughout their career. Prior to their current position, Jo worked in various capacities, including Managing Principal at peckvonhartel and State Manager at the Australian Institute of Architects.
