Joy Chen is the Location Intelligence Service Line Leader for APAC at GHD, where they focus on developing innovative GIS-related products and services in engineering projects. With over 30 years of experience in GIS and engineering, Joy has worked on significant projects, including flood modeling and urban planning initiatives. Joy’s educational background includes a Master's in Geography (GIS) and a Bachelor's in Hydrology from Nanjing University, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Sociology. Additionally, Joy is a Fellow of Engineering New Zealand, actively contributing to both technical excellence and client relations in their role.
