Katy Bellmore serves as the Employee Benefits Manager at GHD since March 2020, overseeing the strategy and execution of Global Benefits and Retirement Plans, alongside vendor management, employee engagement, cost management, compliance, and support for Inclusion, Diversity, and wellbeing initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Employee Benefits at Allianz Asset Management from March 2015 to March 2020 and at Pacific Life Insurance from 2004 to March 2015. Katy's career began as an HR Generalist at Tuttle Click from September 2002 to June 2004. Katy holds a degree from California State University, Fullerton.
