Lester Cedilla

Lester Cedilla is a Water Engineer at GHD, having held this position since April 2016. Prior to this role, Lester served as a Senior Design Engineer in Land Development at Makati Development Corporation from January 2013 to March 2016. Additionally, Lester worked as a Project Inspector at Maynilad Water Services, Inc. from April 2012 to December 2012. Lester holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, obtained from Bicol University between 2006 and 2011.
