Maddy Pickwick

Maddy Pickwick is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in both corporate and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as a Marketing & Communications Advisor and Indigenous Services Communications Advisor at GHD since September 2022, Maddy previously held various roles at Ampol Australia from June 2017 to August 2022, including Internal Communications Specialist and Communications Coordinator. During the CareerTrackers Indigenous Internship Program, Maddy gained valuable insights by rotating through Digital Marketing, HR, and Corporate Affairs teams, contributing to the development of Ampol's first Reconciliation Action Plan. Additional experience includes working as a Social Media Officer at Culture is Life from January 2018 to June 2019, where Maddy managed social media content for a substantial audience and assisted in website development. Maddy began the professional journey as a Travel Consultant at Flight Centre Travel Group from February 2016 to March 2017. Maddy holds a Bachelor of Communication in Digital and Social Media from the University of Technology Sydney, earned between 2017 and 2019.
