Manuel Moncholi, PhD, PE, is the East Region Biosolids Lead at GHD and simultaneously serves as the Gulf Region Wastewater Sector Leader at Stantec. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Managing Engineer at the City of Houston Public Works and Senior Program Manager at Miami-Dade County's Water and Sewer Department. Manuel has experience in transforming utility operations and managing complex projects aimed at meeting regulatory standards and enhancing infrastructure resilience. They obtained a PhD in Civil Engineering from Florida International University and hold a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the same institution, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
