Mark Butler

Mark Butler, CPA, CA, has a robust background in auditing and risk consulting, with significant experience at KPMG in Canada and Australia from 2008 to 2015, where roles included Manager of Enterprise Audit and Manager/Associate Director of Risk Consulting. Currently, Mark serves as the Enterprise Internal Audit Leader at GHD since April 2018, providing independent advice to the Board Audit and Risk Committees regarding risk management, internal control, and corporate governance. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Alberta and has completed the Chartered Accountant program at the Chartered Accountants School of Business.
