Mark Kimball

Mark Kimball is an experienced professional in project management and infrastructure development, currently serving as the Defence Infrastructure – National Estate Strategic Lead at GHD since April 2019. Prior roles include Project Manager at KBR, Inc., and Project Director at Queensland Health, where Mark managed capital infrastructure health projects. Mark's tenure at the Department of Defence of Australia spanned from May 2012 to May 2018, during which time responsibilities included project implementation, budget management, and stakeholder coordination for major national projects. Earlier experience includes positions as Property and Project Manager for the JTF633 Engineer Support Element and Assistant Project Manager for Delorco Pty Ltd and idec solutions. Mark holds a Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of Canberra, a Diploma of Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management, and a Certificate IV in Procurement and Contracting from the Canberra Institute of Technology.
