Masud Alam

Masud Alam, P. Eng. is a seasoned Contract Administrator with extensive experience in managing significant infrastructure projects. Currently serving as a Sr. Contract Administrator at GHD since February 2022, Masud oversees the MTO Contract 2021-2127 for the QEW/Dixie Road Interchange Improvement, valued at $165 million. Prior roles include Contract Administrator at AECOM from November 2020 to January 2022 and from April 2014 to November 2020, where Masud managed various contracts, notably the MTO Contract 2017-2045 for Hwy 404 widening and the MTO Contract 2014-2016 for Hwy 427 widening, both achieving commendation for adept negotiation of major claims. Earlier professional experience includes positions at URS Canada and Urbantech, involving project management and site supervision. Masud holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, earned between 1980 and 1984.
