Matt Weber is a Principal and Vice President at GHD, bringing over 25 years of engineering and consulting experience. For the past four years, they have focused on assisting clients in California with alternative project delivery methods, including Public Private Partnership (P3) projects. Matt's extensive experience encompasses water and wastewater infrastructure, project management for large-scale programs, and collaborating with federal, state, and local agencies. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the University of California, Davis.
