Matthew Waterman is an experienced professional in the field of transportation and construction administration, currently serving as an Associate and Project Manager at GHD since June 2020. Prior to this role, Matthew accumulated extensive experience at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation from April 2013 to June 2020, where responsibilities included Area Contracts Engineer, Project Engineer, and Developmental Area Contracts Engineer, as well as participation in the Engineering Development Program. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Queen's University, completed in 2012.
